HHT uses our role as an umbrella organization to promote our partner sites as a collective resource in order to bolster their outreach to the broader public.

Our 23 historic partner sites excel in engaging their surrounding communities in their unique historical narratives. HHT supports these efforts by presenting the houses as a unified collection so that potential visitors can understand the broader historical timeline they collectively represent. This work engages new audiences in their work and encourages cross-site visitation.

To do this, we work closely with NYC Parks to help build awareness of the houses on their media platforms; engage professionals to lend expertise in advertising, public relations, and social media; develop marketing campaigns targeted to general audiences; and foster cross-promotion between all 23 sites.
