Meredith S. Horsford
Executive DirectorMeredith holds dual roles as the Executive Director of HHT and Director of Historic Houses at NYC Parks. She most recently led the Dyckman Farmhouse Museum Alliance where she significantly expanded community engagement, fundraising, and interpretation of the museum. She has spent her career stewarding NYC historic house museums, including previous tenure as Deputy Director at HHT and as Executive Director of Gracie Mansion Conservancy.

Amy Woodin
Architectural ConservatorAs a member of the HHT Capital Team, Amy oversees all aspects of public and privately funded design, construction, and conservation projects. Prior to joining HHT and NYC Parks, she was a Landmarks Preservationist with the NYC LPC and worked at the New York Landmarks Conservancy. She holds an MFA in Historic Preservation from Savannah College of Art & Design.

Giulietta Fiore
Associate Director of External AffairsGiulietta is responsible for a variety of fundraising and engagement initiatives at HHT. She attended McGill University and has a background in archaeology and house museum management. A beginner open water swimmer, she hopes to one day swim past the Little Red Lighthouse.

Danielle Monopoli
Architectural ConservatorAs a member of the HHT Capital Team, Danielle oversees all aspects of public and privately funded design, construction, and conservation projects. Prior to this role, she worked as the Project Development Coordinator for HHT managing all routine and emergency maintenance. She holds an MS in Historic Preservation from Pratt Institute.

Diana Montalvo
Communications and Administrative CoordinatorDiana is HHT’s jack of all trades with a hand in finances, media design, and more. She received a B.S. in Media, Culture, & Communications from NYU, where she learned that her love of media was only fueled by historic places and material culture. Outside of work, you can find Diana sewing, baking, or hanging out with feline friends Zelda and Zora.

Lexi Echelman
Project Development CoordinatorLexi is responsible for managing all routine and emergency maintenance at our partner sites. His internship with our partner site Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum inspired him to complete his M.A. in Museum Studies at NYU. Since then, he’s worked with the Stepping Stones Historic Home, Urban Park Rangers, and Bronx River Alliance. His passions for connecting the public to their neighborhood parks and bringing NYC’s historic homes to life spans ten years in the field.
