Kingsland Homestead-Queens Historical Society- Give tours to the public and help out with special events. Every Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. and for special events. Training will be provided.

Queens County Farm Museum-
Individuals ages 18 & older are invited to work alongside our farmers in the growing fields on a weekly basis from Spring-Fall on Tuesdays & Sundays, 10 am–4 pm. For information about other opportunities on the farm for groups, email info@queensfarm.org. Please note, volunteer activities do not include work with our livestock.
There is no need to sign-up or apply. You may drop-in for an hour or stay for the whole day. First-time volunteers, stop by our Welcome Center and a staff member will point you in the right direction. Prepare to get dirty! Tasks are often physically strenuous, so wear proper outdoor work attire (hat, sunglasses, layers, rain gear, gloves, closed-toed shoes, etc.) and pack a water bottle. We invite all volunteers to join us for lunch (we provide farm salad whenever possible!) NOTE: We cannot accommodate groups on Volunteer Days at this time.
