HHT offers a variety of programs to encourage engagement with our member historic sites. Delighting New Yorkers, history enthusiasts, and preservationists alike, these programs provide insight and education that everyone can treasure.
Places That Make a Difference
In honor of the organization’s 30th anniversary in 2019, HHT launched a multi-part programming series entitled Places That Make a Difference: Conversations on the Future of Our Cultural Treasures. The programs in this series were designed to creatively explore challenges that historic sites share in the 21st century, and inspire further innovation in the cultural sector. The success of this series in forging new partnerships and expanding engagement with new audiences has inspired HHT to strategically plan similar programming in future years.
Places That Make a Difference was supported by the Arthur F. & Alice E. Adams Charitable Foundation and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund.
