Conferences and Meetings

HHT regularly reports on the progress of the Wagner program at professional conferences and meetings to spread the ideas about the program to other institutions.  HHT is also involved with the Museum Access Consortium of New York City, a professional organization to advance accessibility at New York’s cultural institutions for people with all abilities.

Educator Training

Throughout the year, HHT holds training sessions on various aspects of teaching children with disabilities for the educators at our sites.  These continuing education sessions allow our educators to learn about innovative strategies and pedagogy to include in their own programs.  Included here are some resources from our past programs.
